Verified reviewI had a great experience at Bristol Street Motors Ford Newcastle because they took time in listening to our needs and what we were looking for and came back with a range of cars to chose from, once we picked our car they arranged for it to be delivered to the local dealership and kept in constant contact with the progress of the car and even checked it over again when it arrived. Aaron was exceptional, answered all of my questions and chatted as though I had been a customer for years. He was understanding of what I wanted in a car, and explained the reasons why I should choose X over Y etc. I have had less than ideal experiences in the past at dealerships so it was a pleasant surprise to meet Aaron and his team who were the opposite of what I had previously known. Aaron clearly goes above and beyond for his team and customers which shows in the friendliness and banter he has with both, and for someone like myself, it goes a long way and is always appreciated. Overall I was very happy to have chosen a car from Virtu Honda Lincoln and would happily go back when needed.
