Very positive experience with Ben, Lewis and Nikita. Professional, friendly and welcoming attitude in centre. Vehicle was well prepared, albeit with a couple of minor rectifications needed. One of which needed to be dealt with by Tesla and was sorted within a week. The Vertu dealership maintained thier aftercare promise of reimbursement within 24 hours. Very happy overall and would use Vertu again.

Verified reviewFrom the first contact with AJ - the salesman I felt at ease when in other places the salesman has made me want to run for the hills! He was pleasant informative and very helpful. We did run into some problems with a couple of things like supply of car mats and cracked windscreen but it was the 3rd parties causing the issue's rather than Bristol Street Redditch who went above and beyond to resolve them. I would certainly recommend them to any of my friends or family if they were looking for a used car.
