Very positive experience with Ben, Lewis and Nikita. Professional, friendly and welcoming attitude in centre. Vehicle was well prepared, albeit with a couple of minor rectifications needed. One of which needed to be dealt with by Tesla and was sorted within a week. The Vertu dealership maintained thier aftercare promise of reimbursement within 24 hours. Very happy overall and would use Vertu again.

Verified reviewI'd suggest Bristol Street Motors Vauxhall Chingford to a friend because the aftercare I received from the manager, Elton was excellent who went over and above to resolve my queries, and provided daily contact to update me on issues until they were resolved. A courtesy car was also delivered to ensure I was not left without a car during the process.
