Very positive experience with Ben, Lewis and Nikita. Professional, friendly and welcoming attitude in centre. Vehicle was well prepared, albeit with a couple of minor rectifications needed. One of which needed to be dealt with by Tesla and was sorted within a week. The Vertu dealership maintained thier aftercare promise of reimbursement within 24 hours. Very happy overall and would use Vertu again.

Verified reviewBought a used Zoe in part exchange for my much-loved 10 year old Zoe. It has low mileage and a great range (up to 240 miles). The sales process was very efficient and easy, with Jen making us feel welcome and pleased with our purchase. There was no hard sell for financing or the service plan even though they were offered. I'm enjoying the car although I was surprised to discover that it did not have a reversing camera which the 10 year old Zoe did!!
