At the showroom, Le-Roy was excellent, answering any and all questions I had about the purchase. He did this with a constant smile, which made the test drive a great experience. During the resulting purchase, Le-Roy found me not only the best deal possible, but an upgraded trim (Sport) in the colour I wanted, for a similar price to the lowest trim. So far, I'm loving the car, and I truly think this is due in part of the amazing level of customer service provided by Vertu Honda Derby. Verified reviewThe strength of real customer service always lies with a company's willingness to deal with things that don't quite go according to plan and Vertu Renault Leicester did that, for us, exceptionally well. Even though we were buying, quite possibly, the cheapest new car they offer, I feel we were treated equally as well as someone buying their most expensive model.
