OK - good to have reminders. There is one thing that could be improved and would put Vertu ahead of other car sales and maintenance providers. The issue to be sorted is: when names and cars get muddled up eg I got our daughter's messages for a car we passed on to her and I've just had a reminder (July) for an MoT which was actually done in May! These things can be sorted out very quickly and easily through routine checks if done properly. I guess it is a matter of cross-checking between two data bases. Can be done by a simple bit of programming! Computers and algorithms are fantastic provided they hold complete and correct data!

The experience at Vertu Vauxhall Northampton was good because we found them to be very professional and didn't feel pressured at any time to buy the vehicle. I have been a loyal customer with Vertu Motors (Bristol Street Motors) for nearly 10 years now and this is my 5th vehicle from them, I have always found the staff to be very professional, helpful and welcoming, on this occasion I did have to chase the dealership a number of times to get documentation and paperwork etc sent through which meant lots of phone calls to the dealership and emails etc which was a little confusing in terms of the process but in terms of the collection of the new vehicle everything was done quickly and professionally so overall I am very satisfied with the service, I would specially like to thank Dani from Renault Exeter for getting the new car ready quickly and sorting out all the documentation on time. :)
