Right mallarkey with part exchange, we got there in the end though. With webuyanycar you can't try to mug buyers off with ridiculous part ex offers anymore. Still, they made enough to cover it when the resold my car. We just want a fair deal, it's not Vertu, it's the industry I'm afraid.

My experience at Vertu Ford Shirley was cracking because everyone was friendly and i didnt feel pressured to buy or take additional services, they were explained in a way that you can justify the price and not think of it as a "extra cost "
