I am very happy now with the Mitsubishi Outlander I was sold from Vertu. But the process of actually receiving the vehicle took a month due to complications with various repairs done by a local Mitsubishi garage before I could actually take ownership and this did really sour the whole experience. I appreciate that this delay was not caused by Vertu, but the communication and repair updates from Vertu were not brilliant, to be honest. I also had to be quite assertive in declining their rather pricey after-sales servicing package they really wanted me to also take. But I would recommend Steven as he was at least honest and went out of his way to help me out with transport to and from the showroom due to.my rural location.
