Verified reviewThe car was viewed online to start with and right from when I rang to enquire through to purchase the experience was first class. Harry was very friendly, explaining everything on the car and how the purchase worked. I pointed out that I didn't like the Red Wrap on the roof and he had this removed and the roof was returned to the original shiny black. The car was prepared to a high standard with 12 months MOT and a Mini Approved Used Warranty. We were given Tea or Coffee and nothing about the purchase was rushed or felt pressurised in an way. Ben, Harry and the whole team at Vertu (York) were so friendly and helpful that i will definitely be back when I change for a brand new Mini in the future. Thank you everyone. The car is fantastic and fun
