Vertu Ford Stafford were very good to deal with, Kieran dealt with all our questions relating to the car and provided a very smooth transaction (first car we had bought through a dealer). We had a small niggle with car which was dealt with by Matt Walker who organised this to be sorted at our local Vertu dealer thanks. All in all very good customer service and would definitely recommend.

I had my original car in for a service and mot which was amazing I was asked if I wanted to see if I could get another car. The service was amazing from start to finish everything was done for me so all I had to do was sign a couple of forms and drive the car away. Excellent company
