Verified reviewFirst I bought one car but within two weeks I returned it and asked for a different car, better suited to my needs. The Ford Vertu staff found a car much better suited to my needs. Throughout the entire process of buying and replacing one car with another the dealership and their staff were very accommodating and forthcoming, very helpful, going the extra mile, particularly Tyler who dealt with my case, so the experience was very satisfying and stress-free. I would definitely recommend Ford Vertu in Gloucester.

I still managed to test drive the car i wanted, got a valuation for my car to trade in and got an overall deal I was very happy with. The salesman was top notch, very down to earth normal guy. I would definitely buy from there again, if they had a car I wanted.
