Verified reviewI found the navigation on the website easy to use, although I personally enjoyed and preferred the one-to-one experience of Oliver helping us in the showroom where he was more than happy to answer our questions. He was knowledgeable, patient and made the whole experience of buying a used car enjoyable. Throughout he kept regular contact and nothing was too much trouble when we had appointments with him. Even after purchasing the car when we had a query and returned to the showroom, he dropped everything to deal with us immediately and treated us as a valued customer. Highly recommend the service Oliver gave.

He even sent me a personalised video of the car before collection, which was a great touch and very reassuring. When we arrived at the dealership, Daniel was already waiting for us and made the test drive experience smooth and enjoyable. Overall, everything went very smoothly, and I was genuinely impressed with the level of service. Even after the purchase, the service remained outstanding. The service book was accidentally left behind, but Daniel handled the situation professionally. Our email communication was clear and efficient, and he sent the service book to me by post without any issues. I am very happy with both the service and the car, and I would highly recommend Vertu Renault Derby.

Verified reviewMy experience at Vertu Vauxhall Chingford was good apart from the fact we were told,via an email, that the road tax was £190 but when we went to collect the car we were told it was actually over £600. As you can imagine this was a big shock to us and possibly if we had known this from the start we probably would have bought a different car
