Answered all questions I had and was very knowledgeable. Had a good laugh with him and Adam too at the dealership. Very happy customer, very very happy with the car. There was one issue with a sensor when I bought it but they quickly got me into the service shop and it was repaired promptly. No complaints

Verified reviewMy overall experience was good and I am happy with my car however it would have been better if it had been made clear to me at the time of purchase that my new car attracted the high level of road tax £600 per year for six years and that the car was used as a press car. I was surprised to see a number of videos of my car being reviewed on YouTube. These two issues took the shine off my experience.

Verified reviewI'd recommend Vertu Mazda Sheffield to a friend because Jack the salesman was polite , explained everything to me both with the finance, documentation etc, he also reassured me throughout the buying experience and did everything he could to help me buy the vehicle, to the point he got it delivered to me , not only that I received a call from the dealership owner asking me if I was happy with whole experience. Umer at the Redditch garage provided a fantastic service and was extremely helpful in every aspect of the process.
