Verified reviewThe pre-purchase was great and the sales man Brett, was quick to reply to all queries. The only thing is, I think Brett needs to read his e-mails a little more. Which would have avoided a bit of confusion and a long wait to collect the car. I told Brett I was going to pay half by via credit card and bank transfer. On the day of arrival the form said I could only pay £500 on credit card. Thankfully I was ok to change to a transfer - but for some people this could have resulted in the loss of a sale, had they not been able to do that. Also, I asked several times for the 4 motion oil to be updated before pick up. It wasn't done which delayed my pick up by a few hours. I also expected it to be clean when I picked it up. It needed a valet and clean which also resulted in a wait. Overall the experience was good but it's a shame that the small little things that are quick actions didn't happen within the week window they had. It would have made the waiting time to collect it a lot less and also being told about the credit card payment in advance would have been appreciated.
