Verified reviewLucy was brillaint throughout the purchase of our vehicle. The only reason why i have not given 5 stars is that the car had an issue within 24 hours of purchasing, although this was resolved brilliantly and without complaint, i believe more extensive pre purchase checks sould have been completed prior to driving it away. There was also a strong smell of cigarette smoke and chewing gum in an AC vent in the back of the vehicle, which with a extensive valet woudl have been removed and reduced. But like i said Lucy Rees was brilliant and i would happily buy another vehicle from her in the future.
