Verified reviewThe dish I received is very well made and perfect for the job that I needed it for especially when we have friends around. The pepper pot I have not given to the friend it is for as I have not seen him. I keep breaking his pepper pots, (two up until now) whereas I still have a Peugeot pepper pot I bought in 1992 at home. My wife and I are due to see him at the end of April. If it is as good as mine he probably will be able to leave it in his will !!!. It is a great product. Delivery was very quick as well, especially now when it is not so easy as it used to be due to this stupid idea of leaving the E.U..

Verified reviewEverything was excellent . Only one thing that was not very pleasant. Red paper which was wrapped around salt and pepper mill left red stains on olive wood mills. With wet paper I managed to to get them almost all down. A little bit was left.

Verified reviewDelivery took longer than expected as it got held up awaiting payment of taxes. I then got a letter from parcel force informing me that I had to pay over £55 for the items to be released from customs! Stupidly perhaps, I had not realised the items were coming from France nor that such charges would be incurred. An expensive mistake!

The salt mill arrived after about 2 days without the Pepper mill and I was worried that the order was erroneously dispatched, but decided to wait it out and see if the pepper mill would arrive. It arrived some 10 days later. The quality of the set is impeccable and I really love the post office red

Verified reviewThe product is excellent and was navigated through Customs well. Sadly there were problems with delivery because I did not know when to expect and I was out. No card was put through my door so I didn't know anyone had called. The Peugeot website said the package had been returned to the depot but there was no information as to how I could contact the depot. It ends happily: I sent a message via the website and there was a speedy response with the information I needed. I was able to collect the package from the Post Office today. I believe the fault lies with ParcelForce for failing to put a card through my door but it would have helped to know when to expect the package.

All sorted now. The problem originated from the UK delivery. When they tried to deliver them, I wasn’t in so they took the parcel to my local post office. However, they failed to leave a card to let me know where to collect!!. I’ve now received the Salt and Pepper pots and they are fabulous. Excellent quality and very robust. I can’t fault your product.
