Verified reviewThe Daman shakers ordered are nice and feel of good quality. BUT, the magnetic top on the pepper shaker came off in shipping (no tape on it like the salt one also ordered.) And they ship with pepper in them 🤦🏼♀️, so pepper all over the box and small flecks of pepper ended up in a crevasse that I can’t clean because of way they are made and fused together. So i contacted the company on their site and 1 they couldn’t find my order and 2. Told me to deal with the distributor I got them from… which is THEM, Peugeot! So far not happy customer. I hope they can resolve my issue but so far no answer back after I sent a 2nd message to them.

Verified reviewNavigation could be improved a little (although not bad, it took a few moments to find what I was after). Also delivery time was OK rather than excellent - we seem to expect very high standards these days, so it's easy to look ordinary against that backdrop.

Verified reviewI ordered 2 mills. One is working fine, but the other arrived damaged. After Peugeot agent requested multiple photos and information, they have not responded to multiple follow-up messages, and after more than a month I still do not have a mill in good order. My messages requesting an update go ignored. Very poor experience with customer service here.

Verified review£6 to post the tiny button for the top of a grinder from France to Britain was bad enough but for it to be packed in a box large enough to hold a pair of trainers which was stuffed full of bubble wrap begs many questions

Verified reviewAs the salt and pepper mill are made in France it too about 10 days for them to arrive. Details of expected delivery date were provided and updated.
