Hi Maebh, thank you for leaving a review for us. I believe we have now resolved your issue - the wrong address was inputted at the time of ordering and the parcel has now been successfully delivered.

Hi there. Yes, thank you for your help with that. I posted the review before it was resolved. But no one ever replied to any of the emails I sent to your customer service on the UK facing website and the phone number was to France not the UK. It was only when I sent an email to the contact details supplied with the survey link that I got any communication. You need to change the customer service contact details on your UK facing website

Verified reviewSite navigation could be improved a little (full information for each product, sorting didn't always work) but overall decent experience. Once ordered, communication and order updates were excellent.

Verified reviewOrdering process was great, however delivery was slower than expected. I haven't used the items yet as one arrived slightly damaged and waiting for Peugeot Saveurs to respond.

Verified reviewExcellent overall! However ‘delivery by Colissimo’ doesn’t mean anything in the UK. It would be good to know which courier would deliver the products.

Thank you so much for your review and your feedback. To answer your point about delivery, Colissimo is the French equivalent of Royal Mail and they usually take the parcel from our warehouse and hand it over to Parcel Force in the UK, unless the parcel is over £135 in which case FedEx will collect the parcel and process customs paperwork. So either way, it will be FedEx or Parcel Force that delivers in the UK. However, we will look to improve this communication on the order confirmation emails so it is clearer. Verified reviewVery happy with the product but delivery was quite slow. It arrived in an enormous box with lots of inflated plastic wrap. I think paper could have been used instead, let’s stop using plastic!!!

Thank you for your review and also your point about the plastic. I believe the plastic packaging we use is bio-degradable, but I will follow this up to ensure we are using as little plastic as possible.
