Verified reviewI sent the product back as it wasn't what I wanted, but the customer service was excellent, emailing me a postage paid returns label. There was nothing wrong with the product but as soon as I saw it I knew it wouldn't meet my needs.

Dear Everhard, I am truly sorry to hear about the difficulties you encountered with our after‑sales service. Unfortunately, your initial request was mistakenly routed to the wrong department, which delayed the proper handling of your case. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience this may have caused. We have now reviewed your claim carefully and understand that you would like to replace the salt mill you ordered by mistake with the pepper mill you originally intended to purchase. To assist you as smoothly as possible, we have sent you a prepaid return label so that you can send the product back to us at no cost. As soon as we receive your parcel, we will immediately proceed with sending you the pepper mill you wanted. I hope this resolution meets your expectations. Verified reviewJust a bit short the glass screw, but fantastic to have more pepper choices at hand.
Reply from Uk.peugeot-saveurs.com
Dear Lodovico, Thank you very much for your feedback. We're delighted to hear that you enjoy having a wider selection of peppers at hand. Regarding our glass jars, we understand that you would have preferred larger ones. We chose this size so they can hold an entire refill bag of peppercorns while keeping the overall weight of the mill light and comfortable to handle. If you have any additional comments or suggestions, please feel free to share them with us. Kind regards, Céline The Peugeot Saveurs Team
