I was most impressed by how helpful the receptionist was in the repairs department. She noted that someone had ordered the wrong battery for me, and sorted this out, so that the right one was fitted on the same day.

The product I bought online was showing in stock. I got a communication that it was out of stock. The communication was excellent and I am more than happy how this was handled

I liked everything. But I would have liked to see the mill's diameter listed in the size section, not just its height.

The salt and pepper mills are of the highest quality and I would strongly recommend them. The shipping process was a little problematic and involved chasing the order and it took far longer than the expected delivery time. But that aside I cannot fault the final product.

All of the products are of really nice quality, easy to use, and really nice to look at! I have thoroughly enjoyed grinding salt and pepper for every mill I have, and would certainly consider them as an option for many future gifts!
