Verified reviewThe reason I'm giving it 3stars is that there was no information about the delivery, while the order should have already arrived. Neither Trekkinn, nor Route (app for tracking the delivery) could give any answer. Any reply was obviously auto- generated, which is frustrating when you prepaid for something. But then after a week the order arrived, and the product was as described. So if delivery time doesn't matter that much, you should give them a try.

thank you for the reply! For me, as for most customers, a delay is not a good thing, but it sometimes happens, and is acceptable, IF explained, AND communicated. If not, then the customer starts to be afraid, that his/her order might have been lost somewhere, especially when recieving auto messages with zero info. greetings,

Verified reviewThere was no indication on the trekkinn website that my order would be shipped to the UK from Spain. In the end my package was delivered when expected, but while it was on its way I received a message explaining that delays are common. What's more, what an unnecessary environmental waste, shipping a small package so far.
