Verified reviewI would leave no stars for customers service if possible. Do you have any human customer services? Or are they all Ai/Robots? There is a problem with Vibram sizes that you are selling in the model that I purchased. I am a standard size 7, that is the item I ordered and for the second time, I have to return the item because it does not fit. The first time, it took more than 6 weeks to get a refund using your returns system. I am buying expensive items from you, paying expensive return fees and getting no consideration from your customer services of my inconvenience so why should I EVER buy from you again?

Unfortunately the item was a Christmas present and they are too small. XL is the biggest size so I will be returning the item for refund. But this is no reflection on the company. You have been great
