Verified reviewThe company used for delivery kept us very well informed about the delivery. We paid more to get the boxes removed but the delivery company didn't know about this. However customer service refunded us so it was all ok in the end.

Verified reviewProduct is good but delivery let them down. No offer to unbox the table and take away packaging was made. I had to dispise of wooden pallets, cardboard boxes and polystyrene filling. Also moving the table top and constructing was v difficult - its a stone top and weighs a huge amount.

Verified reviewI ordered a unit for my new sink however, when it arrived it was damaged. The wood that had been used was split. I returned the unit and asked for a refund. Returns are very easy and I was impressed with the service. Although it states that it can take up to 60 days for a refund to be processed, my refund was credited to my bank account within a couple of weeks.
