Verified reviewI have bought from Tikamoon before and once again it's disappointing to have to wait many weeks before delivery. On this occasion the delivery company performance was particularly poor as they arrived at the appointed time only to tell me that they had the item on the van but that the van had been packed such that the item could not be reached, that they could not unload the boxes in front of it and that they were going to go away and deliver it another day. While they were apologetic it then took another 4 days for them to return. Since I had already waited a long time this was frustrating and disinclines me to order from Tikamoon again. I contacted the delivery company directly who apologised and said they would review their systems.

Verified reviewI’m really pleased with oak TV unit it’s really good quality and very well built. It gives you a good item of storage for all your bit’s and bobs and the stand itself is solid. The unit was packaged well and all you have to do is attach the legs which is very straight forward even for a DIY person.

Verified reviewCustomer service was outstanding, they were so helpful when I was unhappy with the item. Delivery, and collection was also great. However, the Karl unit is completely unfit for bathroom use (any water spilled sits in the slats and stains) and is of very poor quality (splinters all over the place). I received a replacement unit and it had exactly the same issues.
