Verified reviewpoor quality skis & boots & felt disorganised. Huge thing was the quality - really not good. Had to spend time returning the next day to swap the skis. Old skis. Paid for top package, but we did not get that at all.

Verified reviewDespite having all our info in advance the store (Carrel sport) was totally unprepared for us and even had to go to another shop to get the right size snowboard, messing a longer wait. My 12 year old son was given heavy adult skis which weighed more than mine rather than the junior performance skills we'd ordered, so we had to come back and swap them after 1 day. I got the feeling they simply supplied what they had in stock rather than what the customer had ordered - ie no planning ahead based on internet orders placed in advance.
