Verified reviewStaff was mostly busy with high-end local customers (fancy ladies with fur coats and expensive Gucci sunglasses). Little to no attention for the Belgian guy who had ordered rental ski equipment through Skimium. Staff could really not care less when I told them that my booths were too small and my feet hurt. Except for the booths, equipment proofed to be decent though.

Verified reviewDelightful people. Super slick operation - equipment ready, name tagged and waiting for us to arrive! Ski-in ski-out location at the base of the main slope. Top quality equipment and nothing was too much trouble for them to find a comfy fit boot, or swap between skis and boards. I guess this is a family-owned business, partnered with Skimium - best of both worlds. Perfect.

Verified reviewI actually never got to the shop as it was way out of the resort. The one shown on the map was close to our accommodation but the shop we booked was too far away. We rang Skimium and were told that we couldn't change the booking and were not allowed a refund due to their T &C's. So we paid over 200 euros for skies we didn't use. Skimium said that we couldn't change the booking as the skis would be all ready for us which is utter rubbish.I would like to know who pocketed our 200 euros..I would not trust Skimium in the future.
