Verified reviewI was able to get in touch via email with Franck before arriving and select and reserve a specific ski. When I got to the shop the skis were there waiting, I am very happy with this 5/5. However the shop was unable to fulfil my other order for a pair of All Mountain skis, there were simply no skis available in that category and length for my friend. He had to settle for equivalent piste skis, still a fantastic ski, just not what he had booked or expected 3/5. So

Verified reviewVery slow, waited over an hour to collect skis. Poor queue system. They insist on photo ID which they keep whilst you have the skis. Returning is even worse, no system to know what they gave you or what you have returned
