The navigation of the site is good and the response of the customer service is fast but not always useful. There is nothing worse for a client than an order not arriving to destination, and that is the moment where the solutions from SIDAS never arrive either. His partner for international shipments (DHL) does not advise on the rules of exporting products to other countries and then the customer must pay for logistics errors due to poor shipping management where you can lose your order and your money.

The website was very unreliable. I tried using different browsers but whenever I clicked to the payment page it would always say it's timed out due to inactivity. Same thing on the phone. I eventually changed to the desktop site on my phone and for some reason that worked. Very annoying but got there in the end.support were very nice and responsive but didn't know why this happened.

Not flexibility to change size if you don't keep the original package When you ask about alternatives the agent respond with really bad tone repeating you that it has to be the original package treating you as if one would be stupid
