Products are confusing and unclear. I tried to buy my first heated socks and got multiple things wrong. I bought a pair of socks and a battery pack. I expected it to work. It turns out I got only one battery and no charger I have reviewed the website and I still dont see something obvious I missed

Deliveries to Spain need lots of improvement. Do not expect your delivery to arrive on time or at the pickup location, no matter what the delivery company says. If you like Sidas' products, I would recommend ordering them only in France, or through Amazon; or buying them directly at a store.

The site worked ok, shopping was easy. A bit more detailed product information could have been given about the difference in stiffness between the strap alternatives P1 to P4
