Review collected by a third partyRaja have lost the plot. They decided it would be a good idea to deliver our order of 8 individual items without placing them in any outer packaging. Instead they had their driver throw them in back of a van and roll around to get filthy, and then had the driver deliver them in a big pile outside my neighbours door, blocking the entrance. Customer service team who we called to complain to were equally inept, offering to look into the problem with our order, but failing to ask even for an order number or name! Hopelessly failing in their attempt to save money by not using packaging and a cheap delivery service. Sad, because they used to be good

Review collected by a third partyOur order arrived opened. The box hadn't been sealed at all. We wasted our time having to count the contents of the box to make sure it was all there.
