Verified reviewI had to make multiple attempts to contact Pyrex after not receiving all of my item, including opeimomg a PayPal claim to get my money back due to non response from Pyrex. That prompted them to finally send my item and respond. This was a month after i first placed the order. The customer service is completely lacking from Pyrex. They just ignore customers until they actually have to do something because they're at risk of losing money.
