Verified reviewFor us, PYREX has been a household name for more than 40 years. However since the change from the original product we have noticed a difference in quality. An improvement would be great!

Verified reviewAbsolutely AWFUL customer service. Good luck trying to get a refund or return the items, they will simply ignore you. No official complaints email address, no official customer service number to call, just their own web form which will be completely dismissed. And if not, expect extremely rude attitudes and doing everything they can to not help you.
