What do Internet users think about pyrex.co.uk ?

Pyrex is often described as practical and reliable, with customers praising fast delivery, easy ordering, and good customer service when something arrived damaged or broken. Several reviews also mention dishes and lids that fit well, are easy to clean, and are useful for cooking, freezing, storing, and air fryer use. There is some frustration too, especially with high postage costs, a missing item in one order, and a few delays or delivery issues. Some customers also note that dimensions on the website can be unclear, and one replacement jug arrived with a slightly more angular design than expected. Pyrex gathers mostly positive reviews with 1438 reviews published in total and an average rating of 4.4 stars.

A small jug over-packed in a very large cardboard box suitable for a microwave leaving me the inconvenience of cutting the box up into suitable sizes for the recycling bin.

For us, PYREX has been a household name for more than 40 years. However since the change from the original product we have noticed a difference in quality. An improvement would be great!
