Nice product but badly packaged . It was sitting on top of the packaging paper in a cardboard box which was left outside in the damp so it wasn't protected . The product was therefore damp . Although o don't want a plastic bag a better waterproof packaging would have been better

I bought the table top vacuum and cup cover as gifts for a friend, the order arrived in double quick time given we are in Western Australia. My friend was absolutely delighted and pleased and the only negative I can think of is I should have ordered a cup cover for his wife! Well done team Pylones.

Great web site and items, Pylones shops not in the UK, which is a shame as we used to visit them often, to find them on-line is great. Fast delivery and great items.
