I ordered product before Christmas, for my friend's birthday(which was yesterday. She was absolutely delighted by the painters palette cheese board with paint brush cheese knife. She is a artist so it was very appropriate. My other friends thought it was a fabulous gift and wanted to know where I got them from. So I have shared your website. I was also impressed that I received order so quickly. I will definitely use your company again. Thank you.

The products were nice, but delivery was terrible. Firstly it was expensive and secondly it did not arrive in the time promised. So I had to travel to the courier warehouse to get it in time for Christmas. The cost of delivery ended up being 150% of the price of the items.

Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with your delivery. Our courier made two delivery attempts, but unfortunately, the recipient was not available on both occasions. As per standard procedure, the package was then redirected to a nearby warehouse for collection. We understand your frustration regarding the delivery costs and timing, and we truly value your comments as they help us improve our services. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any further questions or need assistance.

The courier did indeed make two delivery attempts but they were both AFTER the date that you promised.

I am highly satisfied with all the products I purchased. Everything looks great, feels great in terms if quality, and us what I expected. I am not happy with the delivery: it took twice as long as advertised, and my repeated emails on the subject were not answered.

Thank you so much for your review! We’re truly happy to hear that you’re satisfied with the products. Due to the current geopolitical situation in Israel, some packages may experience delays beyond the expected delivery times, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Additionally, we’d like to inform you that our customer service promptly responded to your message within less than 24 hours. We sincerely apologize for the delivery inconvenience and greatly appreciate your understanding.

I saw Pylones at the Rome train station and didn't get a chance to make a purchase. I was able to find them online. I received the products that I ordered exactly when they told me that they would come. My granddaughter loved her presence that I bought her. I wish there were a Pylones in the US. I would shop there more.
