Verified reviewAll the things I ordered were as expected. Love them. Tissue box cover slightly big, but will get sturdier box to fit in it.

I have already started using your product and do not intend to send anything back, because that will negate the joy I have in using the coffee cups. Please make a proposal so that we can leave this small problem behind us. Contact me through my email. Delivery data: Netherlands, Order LKRNBIQZV

Verified reviewI bought some of the very cute 'diving girl' bottle stoppers in Paris to bring home as gifts. They were so popular I wished I had bought more. Thankfully, Pylones made that very easy to do (without another trip to France). Found them on the Pylones site, which was very easy to navigate. The ordering process was easy, the price was good, the delivery cost was reasonable considering the distance as was the speed of delivery. Happy customer here.

Verified reviewThe website is lovely and colourful but very short on detail. I bought a replacement shopping trolley bag as my current one is ripped but the frame is fine. However, this bag will not fit the frame - it cannot attach as the bag attached with velcro at the top and bottom - not the usual rolser-style fitting that slides over the bar. The positives are that the bag is pretty and colourful, and the postage was very fast and efficient. It is a huge disappointment that I cannot use it.

Thank you so much for your kind words about our website! We’re happy to hear that you enjoyed it and had a positive browsing experience. We’re sorry to hear that the product isn’t compatible with your shopping trolley, but we’d like to clarify that it is clearly stated on our website that this is a replacement part for our 'Trolly' shopping trolley and not for other brands or models. We hope this clears up the misunderstanding. If you need further assistance, please don’t hesitate to contact us!
