Verified reviewI purchased some items in the coquelicots pattern while in France and loved everything. My daughter saw my travel wallet and wanted one for herself. I ordered it online to be shipped to the US. It arrived less than a week later. I know she'll be thrilled to have her own.

We sincerely apologize for this situation. Upon verification, it appears that the address you provided for your order was incorrect, which prevented the carrier from delivering your package despite several attempts. They also tried to contact you by phone but were unable to reach you. As a result, the package was delivered to a nearby pickup point, but it was not collected. We then offered to resend the package to a new address, but unfortunately, we did not receive a response from you. Therefore, we have proceeded with a refund for your order, which will soon be visible on your original payment method. We remain at your disposal for any further questions and hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a better experience in the future.
