Love the products but the packaging was damaged. I suggest Pylones provides exactly what is needed for customs because that process was confusing and could have gone smoother.

Thank you for your review and for choosing our products! We’re delighted you love them, but we’re truly sorry to hear about the damaged packaging—we’ll take immediate steps to prevent this in the future. For customs clearance, rest assured we provide all required legal documentation (including commercial invoices and certificates) to ensure smooth transit. Occasionally, customs authorities may conduct additional inspections, which can extend delivery times unexpectedly. If you need further assistance, please don’t hesitate to contact us—we’d be happy to help. Thank you again for your trust in Pylones.

I love the cigarette cases for their unique and colourful designs. We had a store in Brighton, but it closed down. I still order from you but the postage is exceptionally high which is the only downside.

First discovered Pylones on holiday in Venice last year and chose various bags in the wonderful "palette" design as birthday presents. Returned to Venice this year and again chose bags, flask, socks, and other items. Sincecreturning home have ordered online the wonderful artists palette shaped coffee table, matching set of mugs and coffee spoons. Arrived within 48hrs from France. Pylones offers stylish household and everyday items in new designs and wonderfully designed colours and patterns. Prices are not cheap, but for stunning items that stand out and are good quality, they are wonderful. Highly recommended.
