Verified reviewThe product which I bought, which is glasses is amazing quality and brilliant design. I love the print and the cases as well. But this is the second time I've been having an email which offered me a gift when I order, but it doesn't seem to go through when I actually placed the order. I was supposed to be getting an extra bag.

Thank you very much for your kind words about our product and design — we’re glad you love them! Regarding the gift promotion, as explained in the email you received, you needed to enter a specific code at the time of your order to receive the extra bag. Unfortunately, you did not enter the code during your purchase, so the gift was not added. If you have any questions or need help with future promotions, please feel free to contact us.

I couldn’t see where i to enter the code. And normally with these promotions when you click on the link it does it automatically.

Verified reviewI love Pylones, and have purchased from them many times. Great gifts, so fun! However, this last purchase was a hassle. I'd put my PO Box address and it never indicated that I couldn't or that they don't ship to post offices. Several weeks later my package was still no where to be found. Several customer service calls with FedEx later and half an hour in line at one of their distribution centers and I finally have my package. So, Pylones, if you don't ship to POs then say so. Don't accept my order if it's a PO and save me the trouble please. Thank you.

Thank you very much for your continued support and for your kind words about Pylones. We are sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with your recent order. We would like to clarify that, due to legal regulations applicable throughout the United States, it is not possible to ship parcels from abroad to PO Boxes. This rule applies to all international shipments, regardless of the brand or sender, and is not specific to Pylones. We understand how frustrating this situation has been and appreciate your feedback. We will work to make this information clearer during the ordering process to help avoid similar issues in the future.

Thank you. I understand completely and will continue to love and support Pylones. My frustration came from the fact that this information wasn't clear or made known until it was a problem for me to track down my package. Had I known, I would have had it sent to my physical address to begin with and not wasted my time and yours. Again, thank you!

Verified reviewHorrible experience! The customs form wasn't sent with the package. Fedex kept calling me once it arrived in USA. Then the package was returned to Pylones for lack of the form. But I wasn't even refunded! So I filed a claim with my Credit Card company

Thank you for your message and for giving us the opportunity to clarify. We have been shipping to the United States for over twenty years, consistently providing excellent service. Issues with customs are very rare, but due to frequent changes in regulations, occasional misunderstandings can happen. We always strive to resolve them as quickly and efficiently as possible. In your case, we have already processed a full refund several days ago. Thank you for your understanding, and please feel free to contact us for any further assistance. Best regards,
