It was shipped without proper documentation so it was returned at customs! I wrote a few messages but never received a response. Such careless detail. I'm not sure if I will order again.

Thank you for your feedback. We fully understand your surprise and understand your surprise at this situation. As stated in our Terms and Conditions of Sale, which you accepted when placing your order, our orders are shipped from France, and any order delivered outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, local taxes, or import duties. These additional charges are set and collected directly by the customs authorities of the country of delivery and are therefore payable by the recipient. These charges are not collected by Pylones. This customs clearance procedure is systematic, independent of our services, and is a mandatory step prior to delivery. Thank you for your understanding.

We are very sorry and truly surprised by this situation. Our customer service had offered to send a replacement parcel free of charge, but since this was declined, we had already processed a full refund for you about a month ago. We completely understand how frustrating this must be and truly appreciate your understanding and patience.
