Verified reviewLoved my teapot but ordered a salt & pepper shaker set and only the salt shaker arrived. Contacted Pylones and they acknowledged receipt of message but after 2 weeks have still not heard back.

Verified reviewLove, love Pylones on Ile St. Louis in Paris and always shop there for the best, most colorful, clever items for myself and others. Ordering from the US was easy and it arrived within about 3 days of ordering! Very fast. Highly recommend both in store as well as ordering.

Verified reviewYour products are wonderful: practical and beautiful. My only advice is not to ship via DPD. I've had very bad experiences with DPD's delivery service – something almost always goes wrong.

Verified reviewUnusual products and exceptionally well made. I bought a ring from the Pylones shop in Manchester several years ago. But the store is no longer open.
