I placed an order on Sept. 2 for U.S. delivery, paying $19.95 shipping. Fed Ex contacted me saying they needed the sender's address and phone number, and the package ended up being returned to the company. That was a month ago and my items still have not shipped, and I've paid $19.95 for this shipping.
