Well designed e-shop, easy to find the desired items. Good communication with customer service. Shipment took a bit longer than usual because they had to find alternative courier sevice for my country, but they kept me informed and everything was delivered as ordered with good packaging.

The taom v10 chalk comes without any bag or box and comes with blue dots on green chalk.

Reply from Poolmania.com

Hello Vitor, The Taom v10 chalk comes without bag. There is the possibility of buying a taom chalk bag, but it is a separate accessory. Sorry about blue dots on green chalk. Surely It's from the Master or Triangle blue chalk boxes. However, it does not affect the game in any way. Best regards

ok, but why in the product image they have a box? If they don't come with a box don't put a image with a box...

Reply from Poolmania.com

Hello Vitor, There are the photos we have form the manufacturer. You can see it on the Taom website. Best regards
