Although money was withdrawn from my account on the first attempt, no activation code was received. I request that the first of the transactions be cancelled and the money be refund into my account.

Verified reviewBooking was straightforward, but I don't understand why any changes that I wanted to make resulted in the booking being refunded and a new booking being created. As any changes were free until an hour beforehand, why not hold off charging until that point? As I booked in Spain, the amount paid and refunded changed due to the fluctuating exchange rate!
