Verified reviewVery bad. I came at the parking, and the clerk told me still they have no news about the reservation. So he told me to take a normal ticket and explain the issue at the end of the day to the next clerk. When I returned, the night shift clerk told me I had no reservation for that parking and I had to pay the ticket. So I paid two times! I want my money back, how can I proceed?
