Verified reviewThe box for not knowing the license plate of an upcoming rental car is greyed out so I can't book a future reservation. Also, your app's "search" feature lets me find one of your car parks, and I can put in my dates and times, but then the app doesn't do anything with that information. There's no "Go" or whatever button.

Dear Andrew, Thank you for sharing your experience! To ensure top-notch service, we sometimes need a bit more information, like your car model, license plate, or even flight/train numbers. If you don't have them handy when booking, just go ahead and type "TBC" (To Be Confirmed) in those fields. One little thing: If your car park uses automatic license plate recognition, the license plate must be locked in at booking, so no "TBC" magic there—be sure to have it ready! Hi Lois, thanks for the information! With respect to car parks that use automatic license plate recognition, it sounds like I cannot reserve a parking spot in advance if I don't know the rental car's license plate, but that means I run the risk of the car park filling up before I get my rental car. That's why I like to reserve my spot in advance, so I won't be stuck without a place to park my car once I get it from the rental company. It would be helpful if we could still reserve a spot in advance, but that we'd have to go into our booking online and enter the license plate once we know it and before we try to park for the first time.
