Machine didn’t work after booking online and no one answered when we pressed the button for help so we ended up paying again but they made us jump through hoops to get a refund - seriously not impressed and wouldn’t book online again - buyer beware!

Booking experience was good. Good filters and good info on parking. But our car was broken into during the parking period. I think the garage was under construction and safety was compromised.
