Verified reviewWhen you come back to get your car there is nobody in an office. I waited endless to be able to get somebody on the intercom. Nobody could tell me anything HOW and Where TO GO in order to get my car back. If you have a car park that is 24/7 open, you must provide proper personnell for the people who arrive late to pick up there car. The intercom is a disaster as nobody seems to be interested and they keep you waiting endlessly. I suggest that you keep some people behind during the late evening or early night in order to provide service. It is impossible to find the place where you can enter when you cannot enter anymore through the Caroussel du Louvre entrance. It is very very badly indicated. You must really do something about that. Your parking is good, but the service was really bad. Please make a good street-sign so that your customers know where they can enter after the Caroussel the Louvre entrance is closed. And put it on a map at the other side of your ticket. Also make sure to write the telephone number clear on the ticket of the booking. This really must improve. I truly hope that you will do something about this, because a nice evening ends in a disaster like this. I have no remarks regarding the parking places itself. But in the garage you can give better indications as to the direction of the "sortie".

Verified reviewUser friendly; pretty straight forward. Only comment: I was asking for the parking "Lausanne Beaulieu" and the suggestion was "Parking Hôtel IBIS Lausanne Centre". I am assuming that they are no available places at Beaulieu ? The system should mention it and say that the next closest one is "Parking Hôtel IBIS" for example.
