Booked a parking lot for 8 days, exited the first day a few hours after the booking started and then got an email that the booking is terminated. So I paid 86 euros for 5hours. The booking included unlimited entries. Can’t acht customer service cause it’s only in French.

The address provided took we to a place that was across the big round about from the real location (Wild Wild West restaurant). We happened to see the big parking lot and went over to ask if they knew where ONEPark was and they said it was the., even though nothing said ONEPark anywhere. It was confusing and luckily we figured it out but if we hadn't, it would have been extremely frustrating.
