Verified reviewWhen picking up my vehicle at the end of the parking period, I could not get in the car park as all doors were closed (although it was only 8pm). Unclear information provided upfront… hence I had to call the hotline which was not answering, then I called the hotel front desk who took quite some time to finally open the gate.
